David B. Hornbeck

Mr. Hornbeck's practice is concentrated on the organization of various business entities, including sole proprietorships, partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies. He also counsels business entities in all areas of their ongoing operations, including, by way of example, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, commercial transactions and corporate governance. In addition, Mr. Hornbeck has considerable expertise in estate administration, commercial and residential real property matters, and not-for-profit and tax exempt organizations.  

Mr. Hornbeck received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History/Political Science from Ohio Wesleyan University. As an undergraduate, he was a member and officer of Phi Delta Theta fraternity and was named to the 1961 All-America Methodist College Football Team at quarterback. Following graduation, Mr. Hornbeck served in the U.S. Air Force Security Service (communications intelligence), including a three year tour in Crete, Greece. 

Mr. Hornbeck is a long time member of St. Andrew Presbyterian Church and has served as a member of its Session, as well as President of the corporation and legal counsel.
