My job is to knock down legal barriers quickly and in a cost-effective manner so clients can concentrate on their businesses.

- Real estate representation emphasizes: commercial real estate law, including acquisition, sales and other complex transactions planning and implementation, leasing, development, financing, zoning and land use, real estate taxation, annexation, eminent domain, and condominium law
- One of the first Ohio lawyers and one of only 21 in the state to be certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law
- Member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations; active in committee work
- Very active in Rotary serving as District Governor of Rotary District 6690 in 2011-12; member and Past President of the Rotary Club of Westerville
- Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University in 1980; law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1984
- Resides in Westerville with his wife, Sylvia, and has three adult daughters, Rachel, Elise, and Kirsten; long active in community, church, and civic matters; enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, listening to music and spending time with his family
