  • Real estate representation emphasizes: commercial real estate law, including acquisition, sales and other complex transactions planning and implementation, leasing, development, financing, zoning and land use, real estate taxation, annexation, eminent domain, and condominium law
  • Resides in Westerville with his wife and three daughters; long active in community and civic matters; enjoys riding his motorcycle, playing guitar, listening to music and spending time with his family
  • One of the first Ohio lawyers to be certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Property Law
  • Member of the Columbus, Ohio State and American Bar Associations. Active in committee work
  • Masters Degree in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University in 1980; law degree from The Ohio State University College of Law in 1984
