• Practice focus: Concentrates on handling a variety of complex business and commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts, before regulatory agencies, and through alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, including arbitration and mediation; emphasizes trial and appellate advocacy in the areas of business tort litigation, contract and business disputes, class action litigation, and representing estate and trust beneficiaries and fiduciaries.

• Currently admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the Supreme Court of Ohio (and all Ohio State courts,) the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, and the United States District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio
• Member of the American, Ohio and Columbus Bar Associations
• Undergraduate degree from Wheaton College in 1989; Master of Divinity degree from Trinity Divinity School in 1992; Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum laude, degree from the University of Notre Dame in 1995
