• Has represented and provided legal services for start up companies, small to large privately held companies, and large (NYSE) companies.
• Has lectured and written for various legal education and public education organizations or sponsors, including Columbus Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Institute for Continuing Legal Education, Illinois Center of Continuing Education, University of Cincinnati College of Law, The Ohio State University College of Agriculture, Extension Service, and Columbus Chapter of American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
