• Began his law practice in Huntington, West Virginia (“GO HERD!”); has lectured at continuing legal education courses on business entities and tax planning
• Currently admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Ohio, West Virginia and the United States Tax Court
• Member of the American, Columbus and West Virginia Bar Associations
• Undergraduate degree from the Emory & Henry College in 1990; law degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Dayton School of Law in 1996
• Serves on Board of Directors of Vision & Vocational Services, Mid-Ohio Amber Alert and volunteers at the Franklin County Dog Shelter
