Leon Friedberg Appointed to Panel of Mediators for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division

Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) announced August 26, 2019 that Leon Friedberg has been selected for appointment to the newly created Panel of Mediators for the United States District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, Eastern Division. Mr. Friedberg was selected in February 2019 to the newly appointed panel.

Mr. Friedberg is an Attorney at Carlile Patchen & Murphy, concentrating his work on federal and state trial and appellate practice, mediations and arbitrations. He regularly counsels closely held businesses, and represents clients through civil disputes in all state and federal courts in Ohio, navigating bankruptcy and insolvency issues. Leon has over 35 years of experience as a mediator and neutral in a wide range of civil matters, and is available to serve as mediator for private mediations.
