Jordan Richmond

About:

Jordan Richmond is a Business Law Paralegal at Carlile Patchen & Murphy, where she assists attorneys with entity formation, corporate governance, and compliance matters. She prepares and files documents with state and federal agencies and supports the drafting and management of corporate documents, including operating agreements and shareholder agreements. Jordan also brings experience in docketing and records management, contributing to her strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively.

Education

Jordan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The Ohio State University, with a focus in Environment, Economy, Development, and Sustainability. She also studied abroad at the University of Oxford. Jordan plans to attend Capital University Law School.

Community Involvement

Jordan is actively involved with Community Refugee and Immigration Services (CRIS), where she supports displaced families across Ohio and participates in outreach efforts for refugee and immigrant-owned businesses.
