Conflict Resolution in Supply Chain Management

Conflict is everywhere; it is inside our very own ranks and can play an important role in supply chain negotiation. Host of Bicara Supply ChainNurhadi, sat down with CPM Attorney and Director of the American Negotiation Institute, Kwame Christian to discuss this importance and considerations to take to your next negotiation. Nurhadi is a Supply chain professional. He has over than 15+ years experience in managing end to end supply chain including procurement and strategic sourcing , planning, logistics & global trade, inventory and project management. He has been worked at the various multinational corporations from different kind of industries (electronics, life science equipment, consumer goods, packaging & chemicals manufacturing).

He earned a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Institut Teknologi Sepuluh Nopember. Hold several professional certification in Supply chain and operations such as: Accredited Supply Chain Manager (ASCM) from Rice University, Certified Supply Chain Manager from the BNSP Indonesia (The national certification body of Indonesia) and Certified in production & inventory Management (CPIM) by the APICS.
