Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP Celebrates 50 Year Milestone for 3 Attorneys

Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) is excited to join the Ohio Bar Association in celebrating three CPM attorneys, Jack C. Butler, Tony Delligatti and Rick Yost for 50 years of legal practice in Ohio.

On April 14, the Ohio Bar Association is hosting the District 7 Annual Meeting Lunch, where 50-year practitioners in Columbus will be celebrated. CPM is one of only two firms having three attorneys honored.

“We are so excited for our three attorneys to get this recognition,” said Jane Higgins Marx, Partner at CPM, “All three have made great impacts with our clients and the Central Ohio legal community.”

Jack C. Butler is a partner at CPM and his practice concentrates on business matters and tax law. Jack received his undergraduate degree from Miami University, his law degree from the University of Cincinnati College of Law and his Master of Laws (LL.M) Taxation from the University of Miami College of Law. Jack has lectured and written for various legal education and public education organizations or sponsors, including the Columbus Bar Association and Ohio State Bar Association. Jack has also been an Adjunct Law Professor at Moritz College of Law at The Ohio State University and an instructor for The American College. He also has received the Martindale-Hubbell® rating of AV Preeminent®.

W. Rick Yost joined CPM in 1999 and he practices litigation, banking and finance law. Rick received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University School of Law in 1972. He is a member and serves on the Banking, Commercial, and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Municipal Court and Bankruptcy Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. In addition, he formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys. Rick has received the Martindale-Hubbell® rating of AV Preeminent®.

Anthony Delligatti Jr. joined CPM in 1995 and practices litigation and family law at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. He concentrates on family law, business and complex litigation, family law, real estate and mediation. Tony received his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University in 1972. Tony is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the Central Ohio Association for Justice, the Ohio Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice. Tony has received the Martindale-Hubbell® rating AV Preeminent®. He has been selected to the Super Lawyers list previously.
