Keith Stevens Joins Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP’s Family Wealth & Estate Planning Group

Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) is pleased to welcome Keith Stevens as Of Counsel in the firm’s Family Wealth & Estate Planning group. His practice focuses on elder law, special needs planning, estate planning and probate. He represents individuals and business owners looking to protect their assets upon retirement, executors and trustees with respect to administration of estates and trusts, families in minor settlement and wrongful death cases, and navigates families through complex probate litigation matters.

“Keith brings an expertise that strengthens our team and expands the firm’s ability to serve our clients. We are absolutely delighted to have him join us,” said Brandon Borgmann, Partner and Chair of the Family Wealth & Estate Planning group at CPM.

Keith received his bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007, where he also received minors in Asian Studies and German. Keith received his law degree (J.D.) from Capital University Law School in 2011, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Law Review.

He is active in the veteran community, and a VA accredited attorney authorized to assist clients in pursuit of benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He ensures that veterans and their family members receive adequate, informed representation throughout the VA benefits appeals process.

Keith frequently shares his knowledge through speaking engagements and articles on topics related to elder law and special needs planning.

Keith lives in Delaware with his wife, three daughters, and a small menagerie of dogs, cats, and ducks. He enjoys hiking and fishing. As a native Iowan, he spends fall rooting for the Hawkeyes.
