Jordan Butler helps individuals and business owners with tax advice and planning, business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, real estate transactions, trademark registrations, and other commercial matters. His experience includes drafting and negotiating: asset and equity purchase agreements, real estate purchases, income tax settlements, lease agreements, and a variety of other business contracts. Jordan also has experience with entity formation, governance, operations and business litigation.
Jordan also serves as the Chair of Carlile Patchen & Murphy’s Tax Law Practice Group and Co-chair of the Business Practice Group.
Jordan is a licensed Athlete Agent in Ohio, helping students understand how negotiation can ensure maximum compensation. He is also a member of the Ohio State Bar Association. Jordan is an active member of the Greater Powell Area Chamber of Commerce, where he serves as a Vice President and member of the Board of Directors.
He is admitted to practice before the courts of the State of Ohio, U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, and U.S. Tax Court.
