Logan S. Hughes recently joined Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP as an Associate. He represents business entities and individuals in a variety of transactional matters involving real estate and general business issues. His commercial real estate representation focuses on counseling clients through all stages of buying, selling, leasing and developing properties. Additionally, he represents individuals structuring, buying and selling business entities and preparing and negotiating all forms of business contracts.
Prior to joining Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP, Logan spent four years practicing in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Education
Logan received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Economics from Virginia Tech, where he graduated with summa cum laude honors and as a member of Phi Betta Kappa Society. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
