Misty Aldrich concentrates her entire practice on estate planning law and administration, with a focus on trust formation and administration. She has more than 30 years of experience, and before entering private practice, Misty spent six years at the Huntington National Bank as Trust Counsel in the personal trust department. She steers her clients through all aspects of estate planning, including drafting all appropriate legal documents, structuring financial assets to reduce transfer taxes and probate costs, navigating the estate administration process (when necessary) and counseling trustees of family trusts in the proper exercise of their duties.
Misty received her undergraduate (B.A.) in Political Science from The Ohio State University and her law degree (J.D.) from Capital University Law School.
Misty is a member of the Columbus Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association, Worthington Estate Planning Council and the Columbus Foundation Professional Advisory Board.
Misty has received the Martindale-Hubbell® rating of AV Preeminent®.
Misty Aldrich has lectured extensively to community and legal organizations on various topics related to estate planning and estate and trust administration. She has also served on the Boards of the Bexley Education Foundation, Columbus Montessori Education Center and Children’s Hunger Alliance.
