While discussing the terms of an agreement, whether it’s with a business partner or family member, there are no win-win negotiations, but there can be opportunities for growth for both parties involved. Hosts of the Behavioral Grooves Podcast, Kurt Nelson, Ph.D. and Tim Houlihan, sat down with CPM Attorney and Director of the American Negotiation Institute, Kwame Christian to discuss the behavioral science tucked into his negotiation techniques.

Behavioral Grooves is a podcast where Kurt Nelson, Ph.D. and Tim Houlihan, along with their guests, explore the “why we do what we do” question.

Tim founded a consultancy in applied behavioral sciences built on more than a dozen years of working with academic partners from Carnegie Mellon, Duke, Columbia, Quinnipiac, Monmouth, University of Houston, and the University of St. Thomas to name a few.
