Richard Yost practices litigation, banking, and ﬁnance law at Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP. He focuses on creditors’ rights – providing comprehensive collections and litigation services in areas including Commercial, Retail, and Subrogation law. Rick joined CPM in November 1999.
Rick is a member and serves on the Banking, Commercial, and Bankruptcy Law Committee of the Ohio State Bar Association and the Municipal Court and Bankruptcy Committee of the Columbus Bar Association. He is also a member of the Ohio Creditor’s Attorney Association and the National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys. In addition, he formerly served as a member of the Board of Directors for the American Alliance of Creditor Attorneys.
