Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP (CPM) is pleased to announce the promotion of Alicia Nesline Shaw to Partner.

“Alicia is a remarkable leader who inspires us all to excel. We know that she will help our firm reach new heights. On behalf of the firm, congratulations.” said Geoff Kunkler, Partner and Co-chair of the firm’s Business Law Practice Group.

She also represents clients in front of a variety of administrative agencies. Her corporate experience includes – counseling closely-held business owners through the “start-up” process, handling mergers and acquisitions, and contract renewal and negotiations.

In her estate planning practice, Alicia guides clients through setting up an estate plan to minimize the administrative costs and tax obligations of their estate and transfer assets according to their wishes.

Alicia is active within the legal and local communities serving on the Board of Directors for the Dublin Chamber of Commerce and as a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, where she serves on the section council for the Labor and Employment Law Section. She is devoted to bringing professional women together with a purpose and helped to found WSI “Women, Service, Influence,” a women’s networking group co-sponsored by CPM and USI Insurance Services, LLC.
