Oney joined the firm in 2020 and advises clients on a wide range of transactional matters, with a focus on residential and commercial real estate and general business work. He guides companies and individuals through buying, selling, and leasing property; structuring, buying, and selling business entities; and preparing and negotiating core business contracts. Oney is also an Ohio-licensed title insurance agent, bringing practical closing experience to complex deals.
