Amanda concentrates her entire practice on estate planning, probate and trust administration. She steers her clients through all aspects of estate planning, including drafting all appropriate legal documents, structuring financial assets to reduce transfer taxes and probate costs. She navigates clients through the estate administration process and counsels trustees of family trusts to exercise their duties properly. Amanda endeavors to ensure her estate planning clients know and understand their options for how and when their assets will be distributed according to their wishes.
During her time in the financial industry, her legal passion was ignited. Amanda noticed a gap of information, and this often meant seeing individuals struggling with difficulties surrounding incapacitation, probate, and trust administration. Today, her understanding of financial institutions inner workings helps her clients avoid and navigate various pitfalls.
Amanda regularly volunteers for the Ohio Center for Law-Related Education, facilitating middle school and high school mock trials and moot court competitions. She also serves on the Mental Health America of Ohio Board of Trustees. In addition, Amanda has also served on the finance committee for the Harry Potter Alliance, which supports literacy and empowering individuals in the LBGTQ+ community. She had also logged over 500 volunteer hours at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline’s crisis center.
