Kaitlyn F. Pontious

About:

Kaitlyn F. Pontious represents business owners and individuals through the complex stages of life. She helps business owners every step of the way, from the crucial first steps of starting a business to passing their hard work to the next generation.  

In her estate planning practice, Kaitlyn guides individuals and families through the process of setting up an estate plan to minimize administrative costs and tax obligations. She works diligently to ensure her client’s assets are transferred according to their wishes. 

Education

Kaitlyn received her undergraduate degree (B.A.) from The Ohio State University with honors in international studies, focusing on security and intelligence, and her law degree (J.D.) from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.

Kaitlyn is an active member of the Ohio State Bar Association.  

Community Involvement

Staying engaged with the local community she serves is important to Kaitlyn. Throughout her career, she has volunteered for organizations which have included City Year Columbus, the South High Library, and Operation Breakthrough. She formerly served as the education chair and founding member of Peers REACHing Out (PROs), the developmental chair for Silver Wings, and was the president and founding member of the East Asian Culture Club at Ohio State University.
