About:

Keith Stevens is an experienced estate planning and probate attorney focusing on special needs planning, veteran and elder protection. He represents individuals and business owners looking to protect their assets upon retirement, executors, and trustees with respect to the administration of estates and trusts, families in minor settlement and wrongful death cases, and navigates families through complex probate litigation matters.

Education

Keith received his bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007, where he also received minors in Asian Studies and German. Keith received his law degree (J.D.) from Capital University Law School in 2011, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Law Review.

Personal Interests

Keith lives in Delaware with his wife, three daughters, and a small menagerie of dogs, cats, and ducks. He enjoys hiking and fishing. As a native Iowan, he spends fall rooting for the Hawkeyes.
