Keith A. Stevens

Keith received his bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2007, where he also received minors in Asian Studies and German. Keith received his law degree (J.D.) from Capital University Law School in 2011, where he was a member of the Moot Court and Law Review. 

Keith has been recognized by Best Lawyers® peer rating service for his expertise in Litigation – Trusts and Estates (2023).

Keith is a VA accredited attorney and authorized to assist clients in pursuing benefits before the Department of Veterans Affairs. He ensures that veterans and their family members receive adequate, informed representation throughout the VA benefits appeals process. 

Keith is a frequent lecturer and author on estate planning, elder care, special needs planning, estate and trust administration.

Keith lives in Delaware with his wife, three daughters, and a small menagerie of dogs, cats, and ducks. He enjoys hiking and fishing. As a native Iowan, he spends fall rooting for the Hawkeyes.
