Sandra Quinn is a litigation paralegal specializing in the securities and financial services industry. Before joining Carlile Patchen & Murphy LLP in 2003, Sandra worked for over 12 years with a broker-dealer and registered investment advisory firm. She has over 29 years of experience in the securities industry with a concentration in compliance for both State and Federally regulated BDs and RIAs.
Sandra’s in-depth knowledge and experience provide her with a specialized niche giving her the ability to assist individuals and entities in forming their new investment advisory firm. She works with the individuals in setting up the organization, preparing and filing of the Form ADV and all other associated documents; including but not limited to firm brochures required by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the state regulators as part of the Form ADV. Sandra also assists with the preparation and filing of Form U-4 through the CRD System, as well as other licensing and registration needs of the firm and its Investment Adviser Representatives. She assists firms with their regulatory needs, including but not limited to expungement of CRD Records, responding to regulators, and the preparation of compliance and procedure manuals.
Sandra graduated Summa Cum Laude with her Paralegal Degree from Columbus State Community College in 2002. She graduated from the Bradford Business School in 1991 and was the class Valedictorian.
Sandra Quinn is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association as a Certified Paralegal.
In her spare time, Sandra enjoys spending time with her husband and two children, reading, sewing, crocheting and playing with her dogs.
